Stone Leadership

Cookie policy

Short, because we use very few. A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so that it can recognise you from one page to the next.

The cookies we set

Every cookie this site sets is strictly necessary: without it you could not sign in, stay signed in, or submit a form safely. None of them is used for advertising or to follow you around other websites, and we do not use analytics cookies at all.

CookieWhat it is forHow long it lasts
LeadershipCoaching.Auth Keeps you signed in as you move between pages. Set by us when you sign in. If you tick "Keep me signed in", seven days from your last visit, or until you sign out. Otherwise, until you close your browser.
.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.* Proves a form was sent from this site, so another site cannot submit one in your name. Set by us on any page with a form. Until you close your browser.
Identity.External Only if you sign in with Google or Microsoft: holds who they said you are while we finish signing you in. Five minutes.
.AspNetCore.OpenIdConnect.Nonce.*, .AspNetCore.Correlation.* Only if you sign in with Google or Microsoft: prove that the answer coming back from them belongs to the sign-in you started here. Fifteen minutes, and deleted when the sign-in finishes.
Identity.TwoFactorUserId Only if you use an authenticator app: holds your place between your password and the code. Five minutes.
Identity.TwoFactorRememberMe Only if you use an authenticator app and ask us to remember this browser, so it does not ask for the code every time. Fourteen days, or until you switch the authenticator app off.
Identity.StatusMessage Carries a one-line message, "Your password has been changed", to the next page. Five seconds; deleted as soon as it has been shown.

We do not use local storage or similar browser storage to follow you. The one exception is for staff: the recording studio, which only Andrea and the people who run the site can open, remembers how wide its panels were in that browser.

Other companies' cookies

Two parts of the site are provided by other companies, inside their own window, and they may set cookies of their own under their own policies:

  • Paying for a course. The checkout page loads Razorpay's payment script, and the payment window is Razorpay's. We never see or keep your card details.
  • Watching a lesson. The video player is provided by our video host, Bunny.net.
  • Coaching sessions. These take place in Zoom, under Zoom's own policies.

Signing in with Google or Microsoft takes you to their page for a moment, where their own cookies apply.

Your choices

Because every cookie we set is necessary for the site to work, there is nothing to switch on or off, which is why we do not show a cookie banner. You can see that for yourself, and the choices you do have about your information, on consent preferences.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block ours, you will not be able to sign in.
