Results depend on you
Coaching works through what you do with it. We take care over every course, but we cannot promise any particular result (a promotion, a better review, a changed relationship), and nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of one.
The survey gives you a picture of how you see your own leadership on the day you take it. It is a starting point for reflection, not an assessment of your ability or a measure that should be used to make decisions about you or anybody else.
The written reading of your survey, and some of the reasons given for the courses recommended to you, are produced by an AI model from your scores. They can be wrong or miss something that matters to you. Treat them in the same way: something to think about, not a verdict.
Accuracy
We work to keep the material accurate and up to date, but we make no promise that it is complete, current or free from error, and it may change as courses are revised.

Where we link to another website, or a course refers to a book, a tool or an organisation, that is for your interest. We are not responsible for other people's content and do not endorse it by mentioning it.
