Delivery
Everything we sell is delivered online. Nothing is posted to you, and there is no delivery charge.
Courses
A course opens in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute of paying. You will find it under My learning, in my progress, and you can start straight away on a computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection. Your receipt and invoice are in your receipts.
Unless the course page says a number of days, your access does not expire.
The survey reading
A reading of your survey results appears on your survey results page as soon as it is ready.
Time with Andrea
Coaching sessions take place on Zoom. When you book one in time with Andrea, the Zoom link is shown in your booking and sent to you by email with a calendar invitation. If a link cannot be made at the moment you book, your place is still held and the link follows.
If something has not arrived
If you have paid and a course has not opened within an hour, or a coaching link has not arrived, write to support@stone-leadership.com or use Contact us with your order number, and we will put it right. What happens if a payment goes wrong is on our refunds and cancellations page.
