Who you are dealing with
This site, its courses and its coaching are provided by (not set: Admin, Settings), (not set: Admin, Settings). When you create an account or buy something here, your agreement is with us. Creating an account means you accept these terms, so please read them first.
How we use what you write
Where you choose to share an answer with your coach, we may use it, with your name and anything identifying you removed, to improve and enhance the courses and the guidance this platform gives, including with the help of AI tools.
We also look at patterns across everyone using the platform: how long a lesson takes, which questions people go back and change, where people stop. Those figures never identify anybody, and we do not report one drawn from fewer than five people.
Anything you write and do not share stays between you and your own record. It is not shown to your coach, it does not go into a summary, and it is not sent anywhere outside this platform.
We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not use it to advertise to you. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Your account is yours alone: keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. Courses you buy are for you to take, not to share or resell, and the videos are not yours to download or redistribute.
You can download everything you have written from your answers at any time, and you can close your account yourself. Closing it ends your access to every course, including any you paid for, so please download anything you want to keep first.
Prices and paying
- Every price is shown before you pay, in Indian rupees, and is the full price: there is nothing added at the checkout.
- If you are in India, the price includes GST. If you pay with a card issued outside India, the sale is an export of services and carries no GST; the total you pay is the same.
- Figures in US dollars, pounds or euros are a guide only. You are charged in rupees, and your bank may convert the amount at its own rate and add its own fees.
- If you are buying for a business in India, you can add your GSTIN at the checkout so it appears on the invoice.
- Payment is taken by Razorpay. We never see your card or bank details. You get a receipt and an invoice in your receipts.
Getting your course, and how long you keep it
Everything here is delivered online. A course opens in your account as soon as payment is confirmed; how is on our delivery page. Unless the course page says a number of days, your access does not expire. We may improve or update a course over time.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of paying, as long as you have not worked through much of the course. You ask with a button on your receipt, and a person decides. The full rules are on our refunds and cancellations page.
Time with Andrea
Some courses come with coaching hours. You book them in time with Andrea, and each session takes place on Zoom; the link is in your booking and in the calendar invitation we email you.
- You can cancel or change a booking up to 24 hours before it starts and keep the hour.
- You can still cancel later than that, but the hour is used. The same applies if you miss a session you booked.
- If Andrea has to cancel a session, everyone booked on it gets their hour back and can book another date.
Using this site
The courses, the videos, the workbooks, the survey and the readings are Andrea Stone's work, and the copyright in them belongs to us. They are provided for your own learning. Please do not copy them, record them, share your sign-in, or try to get at parts of the site you have not been given.
What you write stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it back to you, and to use shared answers as described above.
Please do not use the site to break the law, to upload anything harmful, to harass anyone, or to interfere with how it works, for example by copying it automatically or overloading it. If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Unless it is serious or the law requires otherwise, we will tell you first and give you the chance to explain.
Material made with the help of AI
Andrea writes and presents the courses. Some of the material is prepared with the help of AI tools, for example, first drafts of course descriptions, lesson summaries and workbook questions, which Andrea reviews before they are published, and lesson captions made automatically from her voice. Your survey reading, and some of the reasons given for the courses recommended to you, are written by an AI model from your scores. Read them as a starting point for reflection, not as professional advice; the disclaimer says more.
Our responsibility
We take care over the courses and the site, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or free of faults. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss you could not have expected when you bought, or for loss of business, income or opportunity, and our total responsibility to you for anything to do with a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility, or takes away a right you have as a consumer, that the law does not allow to be limited or taken away.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of India. Any dispute about them will be decided by the courts of New Delhi. This does not stop you, as a consumer, from bringing a complaint before a consumer commission where Indian consumer law allows you to.
Changes
If we change how any of this works in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, rather than quietly editing this page. A change does not alter a purchase you have already made.
